For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, Somya Labs is the Data Fiduciary (controller) for your information. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, please do not access the Services.

Information You Provide to Us

Contact Information: Name, email address, and company name provided during signup.

Account Credentials: Passwords and profile details. You are responsible for keeping these secure.

Payment Information: If you use our paid APIs, billing details and transaction history are collected by our third-party processors (e.g., Stripe or Razorpay).

Your Content (Inputs & Outputs): This includes text prompts, audio recordings for voice cloning, and the resulting synthesized speech or transcripts. These may contain personal data depending on the content you provide.

Developer Communications: Information shared during support tickets or API consultations.

We use cookies and tracking technologies to understand how developers interact with our API and dashboard:

Device Data: IP address, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.

Usage Logs: Pages visited, API latency metrics, and time spent on specific features.

Information from Other Sources

OAuth Partners: Information from Google or GitHub when you use them to log in (name, email, and public profile data).

Social Media: Public interactions with our official handles on platforms like LinkedIn or X.

Train & Improve Models: We use anonymized Inputs and Outputs to enhance our Indic language models.

Communication: Send technical updates, security alerts, and occasional marketing (which you can opt out of).

Legal Compliance: Adhere to Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

Cloud Providers: For hosting our AI infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or specialized GPU providers).

Payment Processors: To handle subscription billing.
